Driving Directions
If you are coming from Memphis, the shortest route is to head southeast out of town on Poplar Ave (Tennessee state Hwy. 57). Just past Tennessee Bank on your left, turn left at the 4-way light onto Poplar View Pkwy. We are in the 2nd building on the right side of the street. It's easy driving to our Collierville dental practice from Memphis, Germantown, Piperton, and Rossville.

I needed a very urgent tooth extraction and I called Dr. Hayes' office. His staff was professional and I got my appointment within a day!. I had no insurance and he took care of me and I opted to pay out of pocket because I did not have insurance. That did not really bother him. He just wanted to see that I am comfortable and although I had little money, he worked with me into paying it in two installments.
