Payment Types Accepted

We cheerfully accept cash, checks and credit cards for your dental treatments. And we'll always explain the costs and answer any questions about payments before your treatment is performed - including insurance coverage. We can also arrange financing through CareCredit.

Our office can help calculate the amount your insurance plan covers and we'll submit your claim promptly. All emergency dental services, or any dental services performed without previous financial arrangements, must be paid for in cash at the time services are provided.

Yes, please! We ask that you arrive 10-15 minutes early so that you can fill out any new patient paperwork. 

We accept most forms of insurance. View our Insurance Information page to see which insurance companies are in-network. You can still use our services if you are out-of-network, but your out of pocket expense may be a little higher.

We recommend that you replace your toothbrush every 3-4 months, or when the bristles are frayed. It’s important that you replace your toothbrush in a timely manner, as an old toothbrush won’t clean your teeth as thoroughly, which can lead to plaque buildup.

Our Team at Hayes Cosmetic & Emergency Dentistry is well aware of the situation we as a community are facing. We understand the concerns, and uneasiness surrounding coronavirus (COVID-19), and we are continuing to monitor it. Our doors will remain open; to assist our patients in need of emergency dental care and in our community. Please call us right away if you are experiencing a dental emergency.

We want everyone to know that we always follow universal protocols, for the safety and care of our patients and staff. Hygiene standards for our patients, office environment and the team will always be a top priority. We are implementing a screening process for everyone in the office, including inquiring on whether they have been to certain countries in the past 14 days or have come into contact with anyone who has and whether they have experienced any flu-like symptoms within the past 14 days. Should anyone respond yes to any of the above, we will be rescheduling appointments and/or sending them home. Our team is here to assist you in all ways from continuing to provide you dental care and accepting any emergency patients.
