I needed a very urgent tooth extraction and I called Dr. Hayes' office. His staff was professional and I got my appointment within a day!. I had no insurance and he took care of me and I opted to pay out of pocket because I did not have insurance. That did not really bother him. He just wanted to see that I am comfortable and although I had little money, he worked with me into paying it in two installments.

When my tooth was extracted, there was minimal pain and the healing process was quick. He definitely knew what he was doing and how to go about it in the most gentle manner. I felt at home and very comfortable. The first time I walked in, the staff was welcoming and meeting Dr. Hayes made me even more comfortable. He explained to me my options and gave me the best treatment. I have found the perfect dentist and would recommend him to everyone.

With Dr. Hayes, you are dealing with a caring and very skilled dentist who will take care of your needs. I have more procedures to be done and I am sticking with Dr. Hayes for all the work that is to be done.I highly recommend him. --Dojwang

Dr. Hayes displays genuine patient interest and explains his examination and the results clearly. He does not try to "sell" you treatments but rather explain your options and allow you to make an informed decision.

I had four procedures done at once with 2 involving replacing very old fillings. His technique was exemplary as were the results. He is very skilled, careful and sensitive to your body language to be sure you are fine and not feeling any discomfort.

My procedures were done without any anesthesia at my request. A dentist has to be highly skilled to work without any nerve deadening on the patient.
